Sunways Portal APP Basic Introduction

1. Overview

Sunways Portal APP is a mobile application used to manage PV plants. The app allows you to create PV plants, manage devices, view energy data and perform routine maintenance. It is a convenient platform for maintenance.

4.Log in

 

5. Add Plant

  1. After you log in to the app, tap "Me" — "Plant management".
  2. Tap "+".
  3. Scan the SN bar code or input the SN and check code manually.
  4. Input the installation  info and other info as prompt.
  5. Tap "Finish". A new plant will be created and displayed.
  6. Swift left to edit or delete the plant.

 

6. Add Device

There are 2 method to add device.


Method one: 

  1. After you log in to the app, tap "Me" — "Plant management".
  2. Tap "+".
  3. Scan the SN bar code or input the SN and check code manually.
  4. On the Setup Wizard, tap "Select plant" --- choose which plant you want to related.
  5. Tap "Finish", the new device will be displayed in your device list.

 

Method two:

  1. After you log in to the app, tap "Me" — "Plant management".
  2. Tap the plant you want to add device in.
  3. Tap “+” to add device.
  4. Scan the SN bar code or input the SN and check code manually.
  5. Inverter will bond to  the corresponding plant.
  6. New inverter will be displayed in the plant list.

 

 

7. View Plant

  1. After you log in to the APP, tap the plant that you want to check.
  2. Tap "Overview" "Devices" "Detail" to view the operation information.

 

8. View Device 

  1. After you log in to the APP, tap the plant that you want to check.
  2. Tap "Device", and you will see the real-time, historical and basic info of the device.

 

9. Forget Password

On the Log in page, tap "Forgot password" --- reset your password as prompt.

 

10. Change Password

After Log in, tap "me" --- Account security — Change Password.
